With LeapTutor.com, students can get live, one-on-one online tutoring from an experienced, trained online tutor in Math.

Go to www.LeapTutor.com. Click on "Get Started". Enter your details and click "Submit". Then our Academic Advisor will contact you at your convenience to help you get started.
 3. Who are the online tutors?
LeapTutor.com's online tutors are well prepared, skilled educators ready to facilitate student learning. They are seasoned teaching professionals, almost all with advanced degrees in their fields, and include college faculty, graduate students, high school teachers and retired educators. Led by our academic directors, online tutors undergo rigorous, real-time screening and training programs that develop their skills as online academic coaches. Online tutors are also regularly evaluated for quality and consistency of response.
 4. How does LeapTutor.com ensure quality?
LeapTutor.com ensures that students receive consistently high-quality online tutoring through rigorous screening, extensive training and dedication to online tutors' ongoing professional development. For quality assurance purposes, all interactions between the tutors and students are recorded and saved. Feedbacks are provided to parents upon reviewing these saved interactions.
 5. How will I know how my child is doing?
Your can view your child's progress by logging into LeapTutor.com with your unique parent login and password. It will include a list of assignments completed and results, skills worked on, strengths, homework assignments and comments from our tutors and Academic Advisors.
 6. For what grade levels are the tutoring available?
LeapTutor.com currently caters to children from grades 3 to 12.
 7. What are the system requirements that I should have?
All you need is:
· A PC (Pentium II or more recent), with any operating system with
· A soundcard
· One USB port
· An Internet Service Provider (ISP)
· A high-speed connection like DSL or Cable or any other broadband   connection is required.

Upon sign-up we will provide an enrollment kit if it has been ordered, which includes:
a. Headset with microphone
b. Digital writing pad
c. Digital pencil.
 8. What is a shared whiteboard?
A whiteboard is a white rectangular area on a computer screen, on which we can write or draw using a digital pencil. A digital writing pad - a tablet with the size of a mouse pad, and a digital pencil - a mouse which looks like a pen, are used to simulate the experience of writing with a pencil.
 9. How many hours of tutoring are recommended per month?
In general, two hours of one-on-one tutoring is recommended per week. However, if a child's academic advisor finds that extra hours are needed, the child will be advised accordingly to take additional lessons.
 10. "But I don't think my son/daughter would maintain concentration"
There's no difference between online and face-to-face in this respect. The tutor is still present and 'live' and is fully aware of a student not participating. An experienced tutor should be just as capable of keeping control over the 'net as they would in person.
 11. Can I pay for One subject and use the credit for another homework subject?
Yes, you can use the credits to ask any homework question for any other subject that we have mentioned in the Homework package
 12. How long does it take to receive answers to questions?
We take a maximum of 3 hours to answer questions.
 13. What are your hours for answering questions?
Our normal working hours are 4 PM to 12 AM (Midnight) U.S. Eastern Time.
 14. How much do you charge for each question?

 17. What is the difference between Homework Help and Live Homework?
Homework Help: You send a question to us and we will answer it in 3 hours, where as with Live Homework Help, you are requesting a live person’s help to actually go through with you to assist you in finishing a homework question.
